综合性高校在实践教学中培养新工科创新型人才的探索

实践教学在新工科创新型人才的培养机制中具有重要的作用。文章结合我校的具体实践经验探讨了实践教学中的教学改革。文章提出几条实践教学中培养新工科创新型人才的探索措施:构建校外实践教学平台、加强校企合作、推广以学生为主体和校企联合培养模式。通过这些实践教学,以强化对新工科大学生综合素质和研究创新能力的培养。

Practice teaching plays an important role in the training mechanism of new engineering innovative tal-ents. Based on our experience, this paper discusses the teaching reform in the practice teaching. Several measures have been stated in this paper regarding the cultivation of new engineering innovative talents, that is, to build an off- campus practice teaching platform, strengthen university -enterprise cooperation and promote the university -enterprise joint training model by taking students as the principal part. These practical teaching measures aim at intensifying the training of comprehensive quality and research and innovation ability of new engineering students.
