摘要
化学教师专业化发展是化学教师业务水平不断完善与提高的过程,是实施素质教育的根本保障。由非化学专业教师到专业化教师一般要经历合格教师、骨干教师、专家名师三个阶段,并阐述了三种类型教师的基本特征。
Chemistry teacher's professional development is a constant process of improvement for their professional level as well as the fundamental guarantee of implementing quality -oriented education. There are three stages for non-professional chemistry teachers to grow up into professional teachers, which are qualified teachers, key teachers and expert teachers. And this paper expounds their essential features.
