民办高校开展大学生“两学一做”学习教育的方法与途径——以辽宁师范大学海华学院为例

2016年2月,党中央决定在全体党员中开展"学党章党规、学系列讲话,做合格党员"学习教育。习近平总书记强调指出,"两学一做"是加强党的思想政治建设的一项重大部署,基础在学,关键在做。高校作为思想政治教育的主战场,积极响应党中央号召,认真落实在教师和学生党员中开展"两学一做"学习教育。民办高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在积极探索开展大学生"两学一做"学习教育的过程中,结合自身办学特色,建立健全学习教育的保障机制,夯实组织基础;加强队伍建设,提高领导水平,形成校、师、生三级学习教育网络,创新工作,发挥大学生自主学习能动性及示范引领、舆论导向作用,探索开展大学生"两学一做"学习教育的方法与途径。

In February 2016, the CPC Central Committee decided to carry out the education on learning Party Constitution and Regulations, learning series speeches, and being a qualified Party member. Xi Jinping stressed that this activity is a major deployment to strengthen ideological and political construction. The basis is learning and the key is action. As the main battlefield of ideological and political education, colleges should actively respond to the Party Central Committee, carry out this activity among teacher and student Party members. As an important part of higher education, private colleges, combined with their own characteristics, should establish a sound education security mechanism, strengthen organization foundation, strengthen team construction, improve the level of leadership, form a learning education network of colleges, teachers and students, do innovation works, give full play to college students＇ role of autonomous learning, exemplary demonstration and guidance of public opinion, to explore college students＇ ed-ucation methods and ways.
