关于提高高职护理专业学生抗挫折能力的探讨

高职护理专业是大学生中的特殊群体,95%以上的学生是女生,由于各种主客观的因素使得高职护理专业的学生成为受挫率较高的一个群体。文章对高职护理专业的挫折的主要来源进行了梳理,并对如何提高高职护理专业学生的抗挫折能力进行了探讨。

The students majoring in nursing in high vocational colleges belong to a special group , since more than 95% of them are girls. They may be frustrated by various subjective and objective factors. This paper probes in-to these factors and discusses how to improve their ability to resist frustration.
