Due to the special characteristics of nuclear power technology, nuclear safety should always be placed as an overriding priority. Nuclear safety is the lifeline of nuclear power enterprises, so building excellent safety culture is the final goal. Especially after the Fukushima nuclear accident, it's necessary to improve safety culture establishment level to ensure sound development of nuclear power.
