有关冲床隔振问题的研究

摘要 针对冲床的振动进行测试,根据测试数据分析,了解弹簧阻尼和弹性体2种隔振器的工作特性的差异与优劣,确认阻尼液的使用性能,并分析不同工况下冲床结构振动的规律:包括对于整体振动各种形式的存在、冲床结构振动量级与工况的关系、结构振动阻尼来源等问题,为冲床的设计及隔振器选择提供了参考。弹簧阻尼隔振器的基础振动是弹性体隔振器的1/5;机身结构振动量级与载荷工况的关系图表可以为设计者在选择电气元件时提供参考;离合器制动过程中,横梁体振动加速度幅值3~8 g;连杆冲床传动系统固频低以及其传动系与冲床整体振动之间显著的能量耦合现象;分析得出弹簧阻尼隔振器比弹性体隔振器减振效果好,连杆冲床比偏心冲床的振动小。 A test has been conducted about the vibration of mechanical press. According to the test data, the performance differences and advantages and disadvantages between the spring damper and rubber isolator are analyzed, confirms the fluid damping performance, and analyzes the law of mechanical press structure vibration under different conditions, which including the presence in various forms of overall vibration, relationship between press structure vibration magnitude and working conditions, source of structure vibration damping, and provide a reference for press design and vibration isolators selection. The base vibration of spring damping vibration isolator is 1/5 of which of rubber vibration isolator, Body structure vibration level and the graph of the relationship between load under different conditions could be used as reference when designers selecting electrical components. During clutch braking process, beam body vibration acceleration amplitude 3~8 g;significant energy coupling phenomenon between low frequency of multi link press pass system and the vibration of the whole press. The result is that spring vibration isolator performs better than rubber vibration isolator in press damping, multi link press vibrates less than eccentric press.
