摘要
利用数据采集器对机械设备运行状态的振动信息进行采集,然后通过振动频谱分析,可以快速、准确的诊断出转子不平衡、轴系不对中及动静碰磨等故障。通过对600 MW燃煤机组中凝泵、引风机等常见辅机设备的振动故障诊断分析并对其进行动平衡试验,将其振动将至合格范围,保证电厂设备节能安全运行。
The vibration information of the running mechanical equipment can be collected by the data acquisition device, and then the vibration spectrum analysis can be quickly and accurately diagnosed the rotor imbalance, shaft misalignment and dynamic and static grinding. Diagnose and analyze the vibration fault of the condensate pump and induced draft fan for auxiliary equipment in 600 MW coal-fired units. The vibration will be qualified to ensure the safe operation of power plant.
