摘要
当前,量子信息技术成为全球一大热点。本文对量子信息技术领域的SCI论文和Innography专利数据进行统计分析,梳理了近期美国、欧盟、英国、韩国和日本推进量子信息技术发展的重大举措,总结提出中国量子信息技术在2010年后已具备一定的竞争优势,同时在制定国家量子信息技术路线图、多层次协同攻克关键技术、发挥企业主导作用以及加强国际合作参与国际标准制定等方面得到几点启示。
Recently, quantum information technology becomes a hot topic. The global competition is revealed based on statistical analy-sis of SCI papers and Innography patent data. The important initiatives of the United States, European Union, Britain, South Korea and Japan for promoting the development of the quantum information technology are summarized. It is concluded that China has built some certain competitive advantages in the quantum information technology after 2010. Some suggestions are put for^vard such as develo-ping the technology roadmap, solving key technologies by multilevel cooperation, playing the leading role of the enterprise and strengt- hing international cooperation for making international standards, etc.
