县级宜耕后备资源空间分布特征分析——以河南省内黄县为例

摘要 以河南省内黄县为例,基于限制性因子评价法进行宜耕后备资源调查评价,利用极限条件分级法划分宜耕后备资源开发难易程度等级,对内黄县宜耕后备资源进行数量类型结构特征分析,并运用核密度指数法对内黄县宜耕后备资源空间分布特征进行了研究.结果显示:内黄县宜耕后备资源总量为3 052.43 hm^2,开发难度程度等级评价为易耕、较易耕和难耕3个等级的面积分别为2 717.65,96.88和237.90 hm^2,沙地和内陆滩涂是构成其数量结构的最主要来源.优先开发类后备资源图斑的空间分布"热区"大致呈"问号"形状分布,其他区域表现为空间分布局部集中.较长时间内适于储备的后备资源图斑的空间分布"热区"大致呈"中北部片区"和"东南部片区"两个区片集中.并结合相对面积数量因素在各乡镇的分布特点,指出了内黄县宜耕后备资源未来开发整治区域的方向. Taking Neihuang county in Henan province as an example,based on the restrictive factor evaluation method,using the limit condition classification method to classify the difficulty of development,we analysis the quantitative structure of the reserve cultivated land resources and discuss its spatial distribution characteristics by using kernel density index method. Some conclusions are drawn as follows. The total amount of the reserve cultivated land resources in Neihuang county is 3 052.43 hm^2,and the results are classified into 3 categories. The first ranked feasible area is 2 717.65 hm^2,the second ranked feasible area is 96.88 hm^2,and the third ranked feasible area is 237.90 hm^2. The sand and inland tidal flats constitute the most important sources. The spatial distribution hotspots of priority development is a roughly"question mark"shape,and the rest of the area is localized in spatial distribution.The spatial distribution hotspots of longer time which are stored for future use,are roughly"middle and northern areas" and the"southeastern areas". Combined with the distribution impact of the relative area factor,this paper guides a direction for future regional development of the reserve cultivated land resources in Neihuang county.
