放散系统是储气库场站与安全相关的重要单元,主要防止系统在不正常的工况下或者紧急工况下的超压,也是正常停车泄压所必须的。在烃类介质的泄放中,放空气体的输送也需要一个复杂的系统。以某境外大型天然气储库项目地面站场的放空系统设计为例,详细阐述了采用的公式和标准规范,在考虑关键参数-泄放量及泄放压力的情况下,列举了各自单元泄放的相关数据,对放空管线及放散筒的设计与计算进行了详细论述,并结合实际情况说明了放空系统中管件设备的设计。
Venting system is a vital safety-related unit in gas storage stations.It is mainly used to prevent the pressurization of natural gas system above design pressure in unusual or emergency situations,and is required for depressurization during normal shutdown.For the venting of hydrocarbons,a complex system is required for the disposal of venting gas.In this article,the design of venting system for the ground station in an overseas large-scale natural gas storage project is taken as an example to discuss in detail the equations and standards applied,the data related to the venting of each unit is listed with the consideration of key parameters such as venting rate and venting pressure,the design and calculation of venting pipeline and venting stack are discussed in detail,and the design of pipe fitting and equipment in the venting system are introduced based on actual situations.
