摘要
针对现浇钢筋混凝土结构超长时容易开裂,在施工阶段采用补偿收缩混凝土平衡水化热等效温差应力、使混凝土在固结阶段不出现拉应力、避免出现干缩裂缝的优化设计措施;通过温度应力计算,控制环境温差使其应力低于混凝土抗拉强度,避免了出现结构裂缝,既防裂又降低工程造价。以此种设计理念设计某小区地下停车场,实现了286.5 m的无缝设计。
Super-long cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure is easy to crack.This paper takes some measures to optimize the design,such as using compensating concrete to solve the equivalent temperature stress to avoid the tensile stress and shrinkage crack of the concrete in construction stage and maintaining the structure temperature stress below the tensile strength of the concrete through temperature stress calculation to avoid the structure crack in service stage.Finally,a seamless design example of an underground garage with 286.5-meter-long reinforced concrete using this design concept is given.
