摘要
生产装置产生的污油未经处理直接回炼,对蒸馏装置稳定运行造成影响;输送到常压储罐中储存,由于饱和蒸汽压超过88 k Pa的轻组分储存在常压储罐中不符合规定,且有安全隐患。因此对污油进行回收改造,处理后的污油可以直接回炼,或输送到常压储罐中储存。简单介绍了污油回收系统设计:污油经过油水分离器、电脱水器三相分离后,成为常压馏装置的优质原料,该系统安全可靠和环境污染小。
Recycling the untreated waste oil from process units has an influence on the stable operation of distillation unit.Sending the untreated waste oil to atmospheric tank for storage is not allowed because it contains light components and,according to relevant regulations,light components at a saturated vapor pressure of higher than 88 kPa shall not be stored in atmospheric tanks.Therefore,it is important to recover the waste oil for treatment before recycling it directly or sending it to atmospheric tanks for storage.This article briefly introduces the design of waste oil recovery system,which is safe and reliable and brings less pollution to the environment.
