裂解炉五合一掌型管件结构优化设计

摘要 针对裂解炉辐射盘管用的五合一掌型管件,具有结构尺寸较大、结构型式较为复杂、入口流道不完全对称结构易产生裂解气偏流、铸造质量不易控制等特点,为使其达到5个入口流量分配均匀、减少流动区域的涡流面积、具有铸造的可行性并获取良好的成品质量等目的,采用CFX软件对其进行反复模拟,并对具体结构进行优化设计,最终得到一个相对理想的设计方案;采用专用铸造软件对优化后的设计方案进行铸造可行性和铸造质量的模拟分析;并对其在制造、检验和组装等环节提出严格要求。 The palm structure of 5-in-1 joint for radiant coil in cracking furnace is characterized by large size,complicated structure,uneven flow among each pass and tough casting requirements.To average the flow rate of 5passes,decrease the turbulace in flow zone,achieve casting feasibility and obtain high product quality,the palm structure of 5-in-1 joint for radiant coil is simulated and optimized using CFX,and an optimized structure is put forward.The casting feasibility and quality are analyzed and simulated by special casting software,and strict requirements are put forward for the manufacture,inspection and assembly of the palm structure.
