天然气露点控制装置工艺优化

摘要 某天然气露点控制装置能耗过高、设备陈旧、尺寸过大、经济效益差,需要新建一套装置替代原装置。新装置从关键设备选型、防冻剂注入方式等角度,进行了工艺优化。优化后的装置结构紧凑、尺寸和重量减小及能耗均明显降低。优化结果表明:1)选用板翅式换热器等紧凑高效换热器替代常规换热器,可以大幅降低系统制冷负荷需求;2)高效换热器的使用大幅降低装置的尺寸和重量;3)采用两段注醇工艺明显节约乙二醇注入量,降低了乙二醇再生的能耗。 A natural gas dew point control unit was replaced by a new one due to its high energy consumption,aged equipment,large dimension and poor economic benefit.Process optimization of the new natural gas dew point control unit was carried out from the aspects of critical equipment selection,glycol injection mode,and so on.The optimized unit has compact structure,reduced size and weight,and lower energy consumption.The optimization results show that compact and efficient heat exchanger such as platefin heat exchanger can greatly reduce the refrigerant load demand and the energy consumption,efficient heat exchanger can remarkably reduce the size and weight of the unit,and two-stage glycol injection can significantly reduce the injection of glycol and the regeneration energy consumption of glycol.
