石脑油吸附分离装置脱轻脱重塔的配管设计

摘要 以120万t/a石脑油吸附分离装置吸附构架区的配管设计作为研究背景,探讨了脱轻脱重塔的配管设计。脱轻脱重塔的特点在于塔内由隔板将塔体隔开,隔板两侧分别进行单双溢流,在塔内完成轻重2种组分的分离,这需要综合考虑塔管口方位和塔平台的规划。 Taking the piping design of a 1.2Mt/a naphtha adsorption separation unit as the research background,this article discusses the piping design of light ends removal and heavy ends removal tower.The light ends removal and heavy ends removal tower is divided into two parts by apartition,one for single pass flow and the other for two pass flow,and light ends are separated from heavy ends inside the tower.The nozzle orientation and the planning of tower platform are to be considered comprehensively.
