摘要
法兰是一种连接部件,在保证压力管道、阀门及各类设备之间的密封性上有着重要作用,结合ICHTHYS模块的压力管道施工,说明法兰安装严密性的控制措施,主要包括材料控制、焊接过程中的质量控制以及连接装配中的质量控制。通过合理选材、正确安装(执行标准和规范)、安全操作,才能保证生产装置安全稳定的长周期运行。
Flange is a kind of connecting parts which plays an important role in ensuring the leakproofness of pressure pipeline,valve and all kinds of equipment.Combined with the pressure pipeline construction of ICHTHYS module,this paper introduces the measures for controlling flange installation leakproofness,mainly including material control,welding quality control and assembling quality control.Without reasonable material selection,correct installation(following standards and specifications)and safe operation,the safe,stable and long-term operation of process units cannot be guaranteed.
