乙烯裂解炉空气预热器的节能设计

摘要 介绍了利用乙烯装置自有急冷水及化工区总凝液作为热源,加热8台裂解炉底部燃烧器处增设的空气预热器,加热助燃空气,达到降低天然气消耗的目的(一次节能),节约成本的同时产生了一定的经济价值;装置急冷水与除氧水换热,降低了除氧水温度,从而降低凝液罐顶乏汽排放量,达到了二次节能的目的。 The quench water in ethylene plant and the total condensate in chemical zone are used as the heating source to heat the newly installed air preheaters for the burners of eight ethylene cracking furnaces, so as to heat the combustion air and reduce the consumption of natural gas(primary energy conservation).In this way,economic value can be generated while reducing the cost.The quench water in the ethylene plant exchanges heat with deaerated water to reduce the temperature of deaerated water,so as to reduce the exhaust steam emissions of condensate pot and achieve secondary energy conservation.
