浅谈海外EPCC项目的试车管理

DISCUSSION ON COMMISSIONING MANAGEMENT IN OVERSEAS EPCC PROJECTS

目前海外石化炼化工程建设项目大多采用EPCC(设计、采购、施工、试车)总承包模式,其中试车是关键的环节,而我国炼化工程公司在这一环节缺乏相关的经验,成为了制约这些公司走出国门的因素。介绍了试车工作和管理的重要性,分别从试车团队、策划、管理和控制等方面阐述了试车工作应注意的事项和建议。

Nowadays, most of the overseas refinery and petrochemical projects adopt EPCC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction and Commissioning)general contract mode,and commissioning is crucially important,but Chinese petrochemical engineering companies' lack of commissioning experiences become the restricting factor for overseas project execution.This paper introduces the importance of commissioning and management, discusses the matters needing attention during commissioning from the aspects of commissioning team,planning,management and control,and gives some suggestions,providing some reference for Chinese petrochemical engineering companies to develop business in overseas EPCC projects.
