介绍了SI住宅的理念,从承重结构与居住空间分离、可变形空间、管线设计三方面,阐述了SI住宅的特色,指出通过少费多用的技术集成措施,SI住宅使人们在满足居住需求的基础上最大限度地减轻了环境负荷,实现了居住区可持续发展。
The paper introduces the ideas of SI residence, illustrates the features of SI residence from the separation of loading structure and living space, deformable space, and pipeline, and points out SI residence can maximally lower the environment load and realize the sustainable devel-opment by the technical integral measures.
