摘要
以鄂钢新1号高炉技改工程热风炉本体施工为例,基于热风炉承台为整体式大体积钢筋混凝土结构,提出了采用循环冷却水降温的方案,并阐述了大体积混凝土内外温差控制措施,避免了贯穿裂纹质量事故的发生。
Taking the hot blast stove body construction of technical renovation engineering of Egang new No. 1 blast furnace as an example, based on the hot blast stove cap as integral mass reinforced concrete structure, put forward the scheme using circulating cooling water cooling, and elab-orated the temperature difference between inside and outside control measures of mass concrete, avoided the occurrence of through-wall crack quality accident.
