Combining with material transformation research status of China-Russian civil installation project, the thesis introduces major material transformation scope of Jian5 an project, and describes material transformation and standard transformation methods, which will be good for saving engineering construction cost and lay a solid foundation for China-Russian energy resource cooperation.
