Analysis on the accuracy of design estimation of industrial construction projects

结合实践经验,分析了概算人员在工业项目设计概算中常出现偏差的原因,从设备购置、安装、工业管道等与生产工艺设计相关的概算入手,对分项工程内容界定、概算指标的使用、编制方法的选择进行了探讨分析,有利于提高设计概算的准确性。

Combining with the practical experience, this paper analyzed the deviation reasons of accounting personnel in industrial project design estimation, from the equipment purchase, installation, industrial pipe and other estimation related to production process design, discussed the subdivisional project content definition, estimation index using, compilation method selection, could improve the accuracy of design estimation.
