摘要
为更好地实现我国新一代中型运载火箭长征七号的高可靠性研制目标,在充分继承和借鉴国内外运载火箭型号成功经验基础上,创新性地提出了在以"两分析"、"九设计"、"双试验"(简称"2+9+2")为代表的长征七号可靠性工程技术方案,结合型号研制实际改进了故障模式影响分析(FMEA)工作,总结提炼和应用了可靠性设计"九要素",研究应用了可靠性强化试验技术,发展完善了运载火箭各类产品的可靠性指标验证技术。"2+9+2"可靠性工程技术方案的成功应用,克服了各种制约因素,有效解决了长征七号运载火箭研制中的可靠性问题,促进了我国运载火箭可靠性工程技术体系的发展和完善。
To realize the high reliability objective of China's new LM-7 carrier rocket,the 'Two Analysis''Nine Design'and 'Two Test'( ' 2 + 9 + 2 ') reliability engineering solution was proposed based on the successful experiences of the launch vehicles at home and abroad. The failure mode and effects analysis method was improved and the 'Nine Factors'reliability design method was summarized and applied. The reliability enhancement test technique was studied and the reliability verification technique for various of products was developed. The successful application of the'2 + 9 + 2'reliability engineering solutions overcame various restrains and effectively solved the reliability difficulties of LM-7 carrier rocket which significantly promoted the development and perfection of China's rocket reliability engineering technology system.
