空间站睡眠区气流组织仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了营造舒适安全的空间站睡眠区气流组织环境,建立了三维睡眠区仿真模型,使用FLUENT对空间站睡眠区的流场、温度场以及CO2浓度场进行了数值计算,选取面部速度舒适比例和空气龄作为评价指标,对乘员面部区域气流组织质量进行了评价。结果表明:乘员面部区域速度舒适比例能够达到70%,满足航天员的安全与舒适性要求指标;乘员头部区域空气龄均值为28.4 s,空气较为新鲜;乘员头部区域温度在25℃左右,满足散热需求;乘员口鼻区CO2浓度低于1000 ppm,满足安全性要求。该通风方式满足空间站睡眠区的环控生保设计要求。 In order to design a safe and comfortable space station crew quarters with fresh air,a 3D model for the crew quarters was developed. FLUENT was used to obtain the distributions of the air velocity,the air temperature and the CO_2 concentration. Facial area speed ratio with different air velocity ranges and the age of air were chosen to evaluate the air distribution. The results showed that the facial area speed ratio reached 70% which was comfortable for crew. The mean age of air was about 28. 4 s in the head area indicating that the air was fresh enough. The temperature was about25℃ in the head area which satisfied the thermal requirements. Meanwhile,the CO_2 concentration was low and it was safe for the crew. The ventilation system can meet the design requirements of the space station crew quarters
