产能过剩视角下我国煤炭企业转型发展探索

Exploration on Transformation and Development of China's Coal Enterprises from the Perspective of Overcapacity

受经济形势下滑、行业产能过剩等因素的影响,我国煤炭企业迫切需要转变发展方式。从当前煤炭企业发展的现状入手,结合煤炭企业已取得的成就,提出了两个方面的转变作为煤炭企业转型发展的内涵,并结合当前煤炭企业转型发展探索实践,分别从互联网思维助推营销模式升级、现代物流提升规模效益和服务能力、多元化、国际化、煤炭清洁利用技术、现代企业制度建设和管理升级等方面给出了实施路径,为煤炭企业转型发展提供有益的借鉴。

Faced with the impact of declining economic situation, industry overcapacity and other factors, China＇ s coal en- terprises urgently need to transform the mode of development. Combined with the current status of the development of coal enterprises and the achievements of coal enterprises, this paper put forward the ＂two transformations＂ as the connotation of transformational development of the coal enterprises. Then combined with the current exploration practice of the development of the coal enterprise transformation, this paper gives some implementation ways of transformational development from mar- keting model upgrade by using internet, modern logistics promotion economies of scale and service ability, diversified, inter- nationalization, clean coal utilization technology, modern enterprise system construction and management upgrade respective- ly, which provides a useful reference for the transformational development of coal enterprises.
