摘要
工业管道由于使用年限过长,外界环境腐蚀以及管道缺陷的影响,对其进行检测是保障后期安全生产的重要手段。为了预测整个管线的安全使用寿命,准确测量预测管道壁厚及管道剩余强度,充分利用检测数据,建立Ansys模型进行分析预测,以相应的评价规范计算结果,与管道实际工况进行对比验证。为同类型管道检测提供参考,减少检测成本,提高工作效率,减少后期安全隐患。
It is an important method to ensure the safe production in the later period because of the long service life of the industrial pipeline, the external environment corrosion and the pipeline defect. In order to predict the safety service life of the whole pipeline and accurately measure the wall thickness of the pipeline and the residual strength, the testing data is ful- ly applied, to set up Ansys model for analyzing and prediction and make the comparison and verification with the correspond- ing evaluation norm calculation result and pipeline actual working condition. It can provide references for the same type of pipeline inspection, reduce the detection cost, improve the work efficiency and decrease the potential safety hazard.
