Construction of Scoring Systemin the New Reform of College Entrance Examination

摘要 新一轮高考改革提出,考生高考总成绩由语文、数学、外语三个必考科目和高中学业水平考试中的三个自选科目的成绩组成。其中,外语科目每年为考生提供两次考试机会,学业水平考试成绩以等级呈现。本文在新高考改革的大背景下分析了现行高考分数体系存在的问题,并提出新的分数体系建构方案:必考科目采用测验等值和量表分数相结合的方式,自选科目采取标准设定和测验等值相结合的方法进行分数报告。最后,本文从考试技术的角度建议在新一轮高考改革中大力推动测验等值技术的应用,抓紧各学科题库的建设,全面优化高考分数报告。 The new reform of College Entrance Examination presents that the total score of examinees is composed of their achievement on three compulsory subjects including Chinese, Mathematics and English and three optional subjects of high school academic level test. English examination provides two test opportunities for candidates each year and grade score is used in the high school academic level test. This paper analyzes problems of the current scoring system under the background of the new reform of College Entrance Examination and proposes a new solution: compulsory and optional subjects employ test equating and scale score, and criterion setting and test equating respectively to report score. Finally, it is suggested to apply test equating technology, construct item banks for various disciplines, and optimize score reports.
