摘要
教师在整个教育系统中起关键性决定作用,教师发展是世界一流大学的重要基础,教师发展中心的贡献更是功不可没。本文以Oxford Learning Institute为例,通过对其组织机构、培养模式以及特色项目方面的系统规划和实践等方面进行描述,旨在为我国高校教师发展在战略系统规划、组织机构建设、教师培养模式以及课程建设等方面提供有益借鉴。
Teachers play a decisive role in the whole education system and faculty development is an important foundation of world-class universities; consequently, the contribution of teacher development center is even more powerful. Taking Oxford Learning Institute as an example, the paper illustrates its systematic layout and practice from the following aspects: organization, training models and characteristic items. The aim is to provide beneficial references for the development of Chinese college teachers in stra- tegic system planning, organization construction, teacher training models and curriculum construction.
