From the perspective of the Belt and Road, the historical experience of the cultural exchange among China, Islam and West has been analyzed and discussed. With peace and development as their common target, the civilizations of China, Islam and West have been acknowledged as the Top 3 most widely appreciated civilizations of the world. As a national strategy, The Belt and Road requires the Chinese society especially the Chinese scholars to pay more attention to the cultural difference and commonality among Chinese, Islamic and Western civilizations.
