摘要
公共图书馆开展绩效评估,能够提高其服务效能及服务质量,帮助其实行科学的管理和资源配置。公共图书馆作为具有社会公益性质的文化教育机构,一切业务活动都是围绕读者服务展开的。文章主要基于CAJD数据库,采用文献调研法、定量分析法等方法,从读者服务的角度出发,在研究相关文献的基础上,对比国内与国外公共图书馆的绩效评估,探索我国公共图书馆绩效评估的成果及不足,并提出发展方向、发展策略等建议。
Carrying out performance evaluation can improve service efficiency and service quality of public libraries as well as help public libraries to implement scientific management and resource allocation. All business activities of public libraries are around reader service as social cultural education institutions. From the perspective of reader service, this paper uses methods of literature research and quantitative analysis based on CAJD database. This paper compares performance evaluation of domestic and foreign public libraries on the basis of the research literature to explore the achievements and deficiency of performance evaluation of public libraries in our country and put forward suggestions for the development direction and development strategies.
