国产银分子筛和复合氧化物吸氢剂应用于高真空多层储罐的吸氢性能 被引量:8

摘要 高真空多层绝热因其超好的绝热性能而广泛的应用于低温储罐,但其夹层真空度会随着材料的放气而逐渐降低,放气的主要成分是氢气。本文设计了实验平台,研究了国产银分子筛(NewGetter)和复合金属氧化物吸氢剂(PdO&AgO)的吸附等温线。根据BDDT理论,两种等温线均属于第Ⅰ类吸附等温线,符合Langmuir吸附模型,NewGetter饱和吸附量是21.63m L/g,占PdO&AgO的12.12%。平衡压力处于相同范围内时,两种吸氢剂的平均吸附速率和最大吸附速率均随平衡压力的升高而减小;PdO&AgO的平均吸附速率比NewGetter大两个数量级,最大吸附速率比NewGetter大一个数量级。本文可以为两种吸氢剂的推广使用提供理论依据。 Hydrogen called NewGetter) and Pd adsorption property of the localized silver exchanged molecular sieve (made in China and O&AgO mixture, as substitutes for expensive PdO getter materialin high vacuum multi-layer insulation tank,was theoretically analyzed and experimentally investigated with the lab-buih test workbench. The cal- culated results show that the H2 adsorption isotherms of the two getters were best described by Type-I isotherm based on BDDT theory. The measured results can be fitted well in a given range with Langmuir isotherm equation. As the e- quilibrium pressure increased,the average sorption rates of the two newly-developed getters decreased. The largest and average sorption rates of PdO&AgO were found to be one and two orders of magnitudes bigger than those of NewGetter,respectively. The New Getter' s saturated adsorption of 21.63 mL/g accounted for 12. 12% of that of PdO&AgO.
