摘要
本文针对传统真空浇注成型机制作光弹性模型时存在一次成功率低,模型内部存在较大初应力,影响光弹性试验精度等问题,提出并研制了一种新型航空发动机真空浇注成型机。与传统设备比较,新设备有以下特征:(1)可编程控制器内置了两种不同的工艺并可根据应用条件的改变对工艺的参数进行调整与优化;(2)安装了温控系统和杂质过滤装置;(3)增设了环保装置和防护系统。实践表明:新研制的真空浇注成型机浇注模型毛坯一次成功率100%,内部初应力条纹级数不大于0.1级/mm;直接浇注的模型与原型尺寸误差不大于2%。新研制的真空浇注成型机不仅适用于新型航空发动机复杂构件的光弹性模型制作,还可为其它行业的光弹性试验提供高精度模型。
A novel type of vacuum casting machine,dedicated to precision fabrication of photo-elasticmodel of complicated aircraft engine part, has been successfully developed. The technical advantages of the newly-developed vacuum casting machine over the conventional one included but did not limit to:i) the programmable control unit is capable ofeasilyselecting the direct-casting/roughcasting modes and adjusting the casting conditions as required; ii) the temperature control and impurity filtering units effectively reduce the thermal stress and improve the optical properties, respectively; and iii) the toxic gas collection unit fully ensures the environment friendliness and operation safety. The field test results show that the one-time success rate, of the photo-elastic model made by the novel vacuum castor,routinely reaches 100% withan initial internal stress fringe below 0. 1/mm and with a size error smaller than 2%.
