摘要
为解决磨粉机工作过程中磨辊表面温度过高的问题,对冷却式磨辊的传热性能进行实验研究,分别从转速、充液量及管径方面分析对传热的影响。实验结果表明:转速越大时温升越来越明显,所以利用旋转热管冷却磨辊更适用于快辊的散热;充液量为20%时,传热效果最好;管径大,更利于散热。
Experimentation is presented in order to solve the problem that roller surface temperature is too high during the working process of the mill.Effect of heat transfer is analyzed from the speed, filling amount and pi- pediameter. The experimental results show that the higher the speed is, the more obvious the temperature rises, so the rotating heat pipe cooling roller is more suitable for the fast roller.When amount of liquid is 20%, the heat transfer effect is best.The bigger pipe diameter is, the better heat transfer effect is.
