融合"尚巧"的创新精神和"求精"的工作态度为一体的工匠精神,对于提升我国工业制造的质量,推进供给侧结构改革,提升农民工的经济和社会地位具有重要意义。在当前社会,由于匠人文化的缺失、农民工教育培训的失衡以及农民自我认知能力的牵制,致使农民工素质的提升和工匠精神的培育受到了阻碍。因此,需要进一步营造创新创造的社会氛围,加强农民的继续教育和职业培训,完善农民工职业技能考核奖惩体系,激发农民工自主和责任意识,将农民工群体培育成高素质、高技能的制造业的中坚力量。
