摘要
非物质文化遗产是中华民族悠久历史和灿烂文明的集中体现,加强非遗的对外宣传也是促进文化多样性的重要举措。非遗外宣资料的对外译介以让中国文化走出去为目的,其中以汉语为信息源,以英语为信息载体,以外国受众为传播对象的英译是关键。非遗外宣资料的对外译介应符合黄友义提出的外宣三贴近原则,同时译者应灵活运用直译加注、音译、编译等策略实现在语言层面上以目的语为归,增强外国受众的心理认同感;在文化层面上应保留本民族文化的异化感以达到求同存异,尊重文化多样性的目的。
The IntangibleCultural Heritage is the concentrated reflection of Chinese nation that has a long history and splendid civilization. Strengthening external publicity of the IntangibleCultural Heritage is also an important measure to promote cultural diversity. The foreign translation of heralded data aims to make Chinese culture go out. English translation should regard Chinese as its information source, English as its information carrier and foreign audience as its object, which is the key of English translation. When translating and introducing heralded data of the IntangibleCultural Heritage, translators should comply with three principles about external publicity raised by Huang youyi. Meanwhile, they should apply translation strategies flexibly, such as literal translation with notes, compilation, transliteration and so on. On the language level, translators are supposed to take target language into consideration in order to enhance the psychological identity of foreign audiences; on the cultural level, for our national culture, they should keep its sense of alienation in order to seek common ground while reserving differences and respect the cultural diversity.
