摘要
为了及时、准确地掌握液压支架立柱压力情况,保障煤矿工作面安全生产,设计了以AT89S52单片机和CAN总线通信模块为核心的液压支架压力监测装置。提出了该装置总体方案,开发了由单片机最小系统、显示模块、存储模块、A/D转换模块、光电隔离模块、CAN总线通信模块、电源模块和报警模块组成的硬件电路原理,设计了主程序流程,实现了数据采集与显示、数据通信、系统设置、报警等功能。
In order to obtain pressure data of hydraulic support timely and accurately to ensure the safety production in coal mine face, a pressure data monitoring device was designed by using AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer and Can-bus communication module. The circuit schematics were proposed, which were composed of minimum system, LCD displaycircuit, storage circuit, A/D conversion circuit, photoelectric isolation circuit, CAN communication circuit, power circuit and alarm circuit. The flowchart of main program was studied. Main functions of device such as data acquisition, data display, data communication, system setting and alarming are achieved. The research results in this paper can provide technical support for the development of the pressure monitoring device.
