摘要 提出一种基于铁杆传感器导热速率和炉衬厚度的炉温在线检测方法。采用热态试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,模拟铁杆传感器一维导热,建立以传热学边界条件为基础的铁杆传热数学模型。编写数值方程、导热微分方程程序,利用visual studio软件运行程序获得温度数据,通过导热速率υ=0求出稳态时传感器上的温度分布,同时与炉温对应,得到相应的关系式;另一方面,通过计算机控制系统获取传感器上不同位置的温度实验数据。实验数据验证了模拟数据的合理性。炉温在线检测系统更高效、更稳定,能较准确地判断炉温变化的趋势,能够丰富专家数据库。 A kind of online temperature measurement method based on the lining thickness and thermal conductivity of irons sensor was put forward. Using combination of thermal test and numerical simulation methods, the one dimensional heat conduction of sensor was simulated to establish the mathematical model based on heat transfer theory boundary conditions. Writing the program of numerical equation, heat conduction differential equations and using the visual studio software to run the program, the temperature data was gotten, the steady-state temperature distribution on the sensor by the heat conduction rate v = 0 was gotten.At the same time, the corresponding relational expression was gotten. On the other hand, using computer control system, the experimental temperature data on different positions of sensor was obtained. The experimental data verifies the rationality of the simulated data. Online temperature measurement system is more efficient and stable, can accurately determine the temperature change trend, can be able to enrich the expert database.
