杂合型血液净化治疗老年慢性肾衰竭患者的临床效果认知功能及预后的影响

The Clinical Effect Cognitive Function and Prognosis of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Treated by Hybrid Blood Purification

目的:观察老年慢性肾衰竭患者应用杂合型血液净化治疗的临床效果、认知功能及预后影响。方法:选取于我院2014年7月至2015年7月进行血液净化治疗的128例老年肾衰竭患者为研究对象,按透析方式不同分为两组,每组64例,对照组单纯血液透析治疗,观察组杂合型血液净化治疗,比较两组临床效果及预后。结果:观察组治疗后转铁蛋白、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白水平均高过对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后认知功能总评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后躯体疼痛、情感职能、社会职能、总体健康评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:杂合型血液净化治疗可改善老年慢性肾衰竭患者营养不良症状,促进认知功能提高,生活质量得到改善且预后良好。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect, cognitive function and prognosis of patients with chronic renal failure treated by hybrid blood purification. Methods： 128 cases of elderly patients with chronic renal failure adapted blood purification treatment from July 2014 to July 2015 as the research object, according to the different dialysis, the patients divided into two groups, each group with 64 cases, control group only used dialytic treatments, while observation group used the type hybrid blood purification treatment, compared the clinical effect and prognosis of the two groups. Results ： The levels of siderophilin, hemoglobin, serum albumin, serum prealbumin of observation group after treatment were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total score of cognitive function of observation group after treatment was better than that of control group P 〈 0.05）; The somatic pain, emotional functions, social functions, overall health score of observation group after treatment was better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion ： Hybrid blood purification treatment can ameliorate the symptoms of malnutrition in elderly patients with chronic renal failure, improve their cognitive function, their quality of life and have good prognosis.
