乳腺叶状囊肉瘤的钼钯及超声影像分析及鉴别诊断

The Differential Diagnosis of Phyllodes Tumor of the Breast with Molybdenum Palladium and Ultrasonography

目的:回顾性分析21例乳腺叶状囊肉瘤的钼钯及超声表现,提高该疾病的诊断准确率。方法:以病理结果为金标准,对21个经手术病理证实的叶状囊肉瘤术前彩超与X线钼靶的检查资料进行回顾性分析,分别观察肿块的密度/回声、形状、大小。结果:X线钼靶诊断21例病变3例误诊为纤维瘤,2例误诊为乳腺癌,准确率约76.19%;超声诊断21例病变4误诊为纤维瘤,3例误诊为乳腺癌,准确率约66.67%。结论:乳腺叶状囊肉瘤分别在钼靶及超声的表现均有一定的特点,但无特异性,应与纤维瘤及乳腺癌进行鉴别,以提高该病的诊断率。

Objective ：To analyze 21 cases of breast phyllodes tumor of molybdenum and palladium and ultrasound and improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease. Methods： The data of 21 preoperative color Doppler ultrasonography and X-ray molybdenum target confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The density/echo, shape and size of the tumor were observed respectively. Results： The diagnosis of 21 cases of X-ray mammography was misdiagnosed as fibroma, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as breast cancer. The accu- racy rate was about 76.19%. Ultrasound diagnosis of 21 cases of misdiagnosis of 4 cases of fibroma, misdiag- nosed as breast cancer in the 3 cases, the accuracy rate of about 66.67%. Conclusion： The results showed that there＇s some characteristics in the diagnosis of breast phyllodes tumor, but there＇s no specificity. It should be distinguished from the fibroma and breast cancer in order to improve the diagnostic rate.
