摘要
成都是川菜文化的核心区,为全世界奉献出了一种高度繁荣、发达和融合的美食文明,美食作为成都的特色文化品牌,是增强成都城市吸引力和竞争力的重要因素。应构建全方位的美食文创体系,强化成都美食的创意特质,丰富成都美食的创意手段,增强美食传承的内生动力,实现以"美食"为承载的创意城市发展之路。
As core of Sichuan cuisine and a City of Gastronomy, Chengdu presents prosperous and tolerant culinary civilization, which will help increase its attraction paper argues that a comprehensive innovation system in terms of cuisine should Chengdu's creativity, enrich its approaches to innovation, and enhance its internal to the world a developed, and competitiveness.
