摘要
川菜名人文化历史悠久,内涵丰富,影响深远。古代川菜历史名人辈出,各领风骚。他们喜食川菜,记录川菜,赞美川菜,创造了独特的美食观,留下了大量描绘川菜原辅料、经典菜肴、风味菜系、特色饮食民俗的优美诗篇。要认真挖掘、传承、利用川菜名人文化,将川菜名人文化开发与文化旅游发展,川菜企业文化品牌建设,推动川菜文化国际化传播相结合,以期弘扬川菜文化,为川菜产业发展做出贡献。
Sichuan cuisine celebrity culture has a long history, rich number of celebrities in the history of Sichuan cuisine have recorded ting a unique culinary value and a large amount of poetry depicting connotation and profound influence. A and spoke high of Sichuan cuisine, crea- ingredients, classic dishes, flavors and customs. The paper argues that its celebrity culture is to be fully exploited in combination with tourism devel- opment, brand image of catering businesses, and global publicity of Sichuan culinary culture.
