四川在校大学生营养状况及营养知识态度行为调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解四川在校大学生的营养状况、营养知识及营养态度、行为现状,为后期在该校开展营养教育提供依据。方法:采用自制大学生营养调查问卷,分层随机抽取四川某高校12个院系的572名在校大学生,对其进行营养状况、营养知识及营养态度、行为调查。结果:在校大学生中营养状况为低体重、正常、超重及肥胖的比例分别为12.8%、75.3%、9.8%和2.1%,性别及专业间的差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);营养知识平均分11.50±2.863,性别、专业及是否学过营养课程间的差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);营养态度良好,而不良饮食行为习惯报告率较高。结论:应从各个方面采取多种形式加强大学生的营养教育、营养宣传和饮食指导。 This research is intended to review the nutritional status quo of students in a Sichuan university as well as their knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in this respect. The findings will provide reference for future nutritional education in the school. The study conducts a random questionnaire analysis of 572 students from twelve departments in the school, and the findings suggest that the percentages of the underweight, normal, overweight and obese were 12.8% , 75.3% , 9.8% and 2.1% respectively with obvious differences among dif- ferent sex and majors ( p 〈 0.05 ) , that their average scores in nutritional knowledge were 11.50 ± 2. 863 with noticeable differences among different sexes, majors and whether they have taken nutrition courses (p 〈 0. 05 ) , and that they have positive attitudes but unhealthy dietary habits. Universities should provide all-around diversified nutritional education, publicity and guidance.
