摘要
新常态下,常熟市政府应转换发展思路,将文化创意与旅游业的融合发展提升到新的高度。首先,要综合考量,找准常熟文化创意旅游品牌定位。其次,整合资源,充分挖掘常熟文化创意旅游资源价值。具体措施包括:发挥政府职能,优化文化创意旅游发展环境;促进企业发展,重视文化创意旅游人才培养;引导游客转型,促进大众文化创意旅游消费等。
Under the new normal, Changshu government should convert the development train of thought, to pro- mote to a new height the convergence development of cultural creativity industry and tourism industry. First of all, we need a comprehensive consideration to identify the brand positioning of Changshu cultural creative tourism. Secondly, we must integrate the resources to exploit the potential value of Changshu cultural creative tourism resources. The specific measures include: exerting government function, optimizing the development environment of cultural creative tourism ; facilitating the development of the enterprise, attaching great impor- tance to the cultivation of talents; guiding the transformation of tourists, promoting the mass consumption of cultural creative tourism products, etc.
