高校篮球教学与训练的新方法研究

Research on the New Method of Basketball Teaching and Training in Colleges and Universities

随着我国的高校体育教学改革的不断发展和深入,我国高校的篮球教学和训练方法取得了长足的进步。但是,目前我国高校篮球的教学当中还存在着一些不足,阻碍了篮球教学的进步与发展。通过对普通高校的篮球教学与训练当中所存在的问题进行剖析,为高校篮球的教学与训练提出了一些新的方法与建议,以求促进高校篮球教学与训练的顺利开展。

Along with the constant development and deepening of physical education reform in colleges and universities of China,the basket teaching and training method made great progress. However, there are some shortcomings in terms of basketball teaching in colleges and universities of China,which obstructed the improvement and development of basketball teaching. The paper will analyze the problems exist in the basketball teaching and training of normal colleges and universities, and then give some new methods and advice for basketball teaching and training so as to promote the smooth development of basketball teaching and training in colleges and universities.
