小区开放对周边道路通行影响的经济研究

Economic research on the influence of community opening on the peripheral road passage

针对小区开放对道路通行能力的影响,综合使用归一化、层次分析、模糊综合评价等方法,建立小区开放对周边道路通行影响的评价指标体系以及层次分析和模糊评价组合模型.运用VISSIM软件进行仿真验证,得出不同类型小区开放前后的各项评价指标的对比值.结果表明,开放处于边缘地带的小区有较为明显的改善交通的效果,通行能力增强,而开放处于城市中心的小区对改善交通效果不明显.

Aiming at the influence of community opening on road traffic capacity, uses the methods of normalization, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish the evaluation index system and the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation. Using VISSIM software to carry out simulation, get the data of the comparison of the evaluation indexes of different types of communities before and after opening. The results show that the opening of the district has a better effect on improving the traffic effect and the traffic capacity in the area where the area is located, while for the urban center, community improvement effect is not obvious.
