摘要
以3,6-二羟基邻苯二甲腈为原料合成金属酞菁α-苄氧基酞菁铜,利用红外光谱、紫外光谱对制备的催化剂结构进行表征,并研究其光催化性能,考察了该催化剂用量、H_2O_2浓度对亚甲基蓝脱色率的影响.结果表明,当光强度500 W,催化剂用量为0.6 g/L,H_2O_2浓度为0.6 mmol/L,80 min后亚甲基蓝的脱色效果可达98.4%.该反应符合一级动力学方程,速率常数k=0.039 min^(-1).
3, 6-dihydroxyphthalonitrile is used as raw material for the synthesis of metal phthalocyanine α-Benzyloxy phthalocyanine copper and the structural of catalyst is characterized by IR, UV to identify the effects of catalyst concentration, and study the photocatalytic properties, hydrogen peroxide concentration on the decolourization rate of Methylene blue. The results show that when the light intensity is 500 W, and catalyst dosage is 0.6 g/L, hydrogen peroxide concentration is 0.6 mmol/L and the degTadation of Methylene blue reaches 98.4% within 80 min, which obeys first-order dynamic equation with rate constant Kequaling 0.039 min-1.
