四川保险电销中心内部培训师管理体系优化研究

Research on Optimization of Internal Trainer Management System in Sichuan Insurance Electric Sales Center

通过对四川保险电销中心的研究发现,内部培训师管理体系中存在内部培训师选拔标准不准确、内部培训师选拔流程不规范、内部培训师选拔配套机制不完整等问题,在此基础上,提出优化四川保险电销中心内部培训师管理体系的对策:构建内部培训师的胜任素质模型、优化内部培训师的选拔流程、完善内部培训师选拔的配套机制。

Based on the research on the Sichuan insurance telesales Center, this paper finds that in the internal trainer management system, the internal trainer selection standardis not accurate, the internal trainer selection process is not standardized, andthe internal trainer selection matching mechanism is not complete, and puts forward countermeasures to optimize Sichuan insurance telemarketing center of internal training management system such as constructing internal trainer competency model, optimizing internal training selection process, and improving the internal trainer selection matching mechanism.
