摘要
著者对中国第六次南极长城站考察队员17人在赴南极前,到南极后一个月末,两个月末分别进行了记忆力及基础脑电图测定。结果显示:两个月末时较之赴南极前其简单记忆测定分值无明显变化,复杂记忆译码时间明显延长(P<0.001),EEG 的α波指数明显增大(P<0.05),β波指数减少,但θ波未见规律性变化,表明生物电活动同步化过程相对增强,大脑兴奋性相对降低。此结果提示南极特殊环境对人类大脑功能有影响。著者据此就改善南极工作环境提出了建议。
Among the 6th Chinese explorers of Great Wall Station in Antarctica,17subjects were completely administered memory performance and EEG examination beforetheir shipping,at the end of one month and two months saty in Antarctica respectively.The re-sults by the end of two months to compare with that before shipping showed no obviouschanges in scores of single memory performance,but significant prolongation of decode-timewas found in complex memory performance(P<0.001).EEG showed α wave index increasedsignificantly(P<0.05),β wave index obviously decreased whereas no regular change wasfound in θ wave.EEG findings indicate the synchronia proceeding was relatively increasedand brain excitment was relatively decreased,consistenting with the change of complex memo-ry performance in nature.Findings implicate that the Antartic environment may contribute tothe change of human brain functions.
