近年来,肥胖的发生率在全球范围呈上升趋势,妊娠期肥胖的发生率也随之升高。妊娠期肥胖与多种围产期母儿并发症相关,增加剖宫产率,影响子代远期健康。应在产前、产时和产后加强对妊娠期肥胖的监测、管理和干预,保障母儿安全。

The prevalence of obesity worldwide is in- creasing in recent years.Obesity in pregnancy in- creasing , too.It is well recognised that maternal obesity is associated with an increased risk of antenatal, peri- partum and neonatal complications.Obesity increases the rate of cesarean section and has influence on the long-term health of offsprings.The management of obesity during pregnancy is essential, and management should begin before conception and continue through the postpartum period.
