摘要 井工厂管理模式的构建是强化页岩气技术创新、实现生产智能化运行,达到资源优化配置、绿色低碳开发的需要。井工厂管理模式的构建需要针对企业的特点,因地制宜地建立一套适合本单位、本地区的管理模式,才能更好地在井工厂开发管理中发挥积极的作用。加强井工厂施工及管理标准制定,使其能更好地指导生产,提高开发效益。井工厂开发需要技术进步、管理创新与工程造价相结合才能更好地体现经济效益。要强化技术经济一体化的管理理念,在加强新技术攻关和引进科学管理方法的同时,配套造价管理体系建设也要及时跟进,这样有利于合理确定和有效控制工程造价,科学决策。 The construction and application of Multi--Well Pad Mode will benefit the innovation of shale gas technol- ogy, and the intelligent process in terms of production, which will be helpful for the optimal allocation of resources and low--carbon development. The construction and application of Multi--Well Pad Mode should agree with the characteristics of the enterprises in which it is practised, and it will play a positive role as long as suiting local institu- tion and community well. The standard of construction and management of Multi- Well Pad Mode should be strengthened in order to guide the production and increase the efficiency. To achieve better economic effects, the de- velopment of Multi--Well Pad Mode should go with the technological advancement, management innovation and project cost. The idea of integration of technology and economy should be promoted, therefore, the research of the new technology and import of scientific management, as well as the construction of project cost system, should be strengthened, which will help decide and control the project cost, thus arriving scientific decisions.
